Blends (Hee-Hee-Tel-Kin red and white) are named after Robert & Bernice Louie’s son Trenton. Trenton is apprenticing to be a wine maker under wine maker Jason Parkes’ guidance. Hee-Hee-Tel-Kin means “rare stag deer with large antlers” and it was the name bestowed on Trenton by one of the Westbank elders. The stag on the label holding the wine press is meant to represent Trenton learning to make wine.
